batteries that work for up to seven years.
The hub itself boasts a back-up battery
that works for 16 hours. Ajax doesn’t
depend on the wired Internet at home:
there’s a SIM card for cellular
connection. If someone isolates the
whole security system, the Ajax Cloud
server is able to report a problem after
seven minutes due to regular polling.
Quick installation and configuration
Devices are connected to the hub via
scanning the QR code with the Ajax
app. This process takes less than a
minute. The default settings are optimal
for most objects. The security
professional doesn’t need to dismantle
the detector's body.
Ajax is supplied with dedicated
SmartBracket mounting panels for easy
installation on site.
Ajax Systems certifies its resellers and
installers, duly offering them training
courses and webinars. Authorised Ajax
partners are also featured on the official
Ajax website. In addition, they receive
B2C marketing support from the Ajax
team, helping to develop their business.
Convenient service The devices operate
for between five and seven years on
battery power, while street systems can
work both on battery power as well as
via the external mains power supply.
Detectors, control devices and hubs
are configured remotely via the app:
there’s no need to visit the premises to
be safeguarded. Ajax sends a notification
when the device isn’t working correctly
or requires battery replacement.
Attractive design Ajax devices are
manufactured in white and black
variants. They’re small and have a
modern design. Importantly, the Ajax
security system will fit into any interior.
App There are mobile apps for users
(available on iOS and Android) and
software for specialists. The Ajax PRO is
a tool for engineers, while the Ajax PRO
Desktop is a computer application
complete with alarm monitoring
function (Windows, macOS).
Security automation The Ajax range
includes wireless plug-and-play sockets,
low-current and power relays. The end
user is able to control the power supply
of the venue, certain electrical
appliances or lighting via the Ajax
mobile app. Thanks to automation
scenarios, it’s possible to configure the
system to resist threats, turn off the
water supply at the first sign of leakage
and cut power to electrical systems in
the event of a fire episode.
Available for central monitoring
stations The Ajax security system can be
connected to all popular central
monitoring stations via Contact ID or
the SIA standard.
