measurements from DC to

The Lake Shore MeasureReady
M81-SSM (Synchronous Source and
Measure) system provides a
straightforward approach for
advanced measurement
applications. It eliminates the
complexity of multiple function-specific
instrumentation setups,
combining the convenience of DC
and AC sourcing with DC and AC
measurement, including a lock in’s
sensitivity and measurement
performance.
The M81-SSM uses MeasureSync
signal synchronisation, enabling
continuous data sampling on every
channel. Noise and sensitivity is said
to be on par with the best scientific-grade
source and measure
instruments.
The M81-SSM provides DC and AC
stimulus and measurement
capabilities for characterising
materials and devices in cryogenic,
room temperature, and high-temperature
environments.

drive, which

dynamic and automated

The compact (138mm diameter)
DM 0138 synchronous drum motor
opens new applications for
customers and users, particularly in
highly dynamic logistics centres and
in the food industry. It offers
maximum acceleration and braking
performance, low energy
consumption, and can precisely
position conveyed goods on a
system without use of additional
sensors. An oil-free version is also
available.

THE 2021 version of Hi-line
Industries’ energy-efficient Tundra
refrigeration dryers includes
enhancements such as a switch of
refrigerant to R513a in models up to
and including Tundra 115 (195m3/h
capacity).
R513a is an A1 safety group
refrigerant and is neither toxic nor
combustible. It is subject to less
stringent regulations in handling,
maintenance intervals and
compulsory leak tests, thus saving
time and money.
Switching to R513a builds on the
sustainable credentials of the Tundra
range, which optimises energy
efficiency via capabilities such as
minimal pressure drop and lower

pieces of thermocouple wire
joined together with a welded bead,
exposed junction thermocouples
can be made very small and provide
