Interroll establishes new
service organisation
TO IMPROVE convenience for
system integrators and end users,
Interroll is placing services marketed
under the name ‘Interroll Lifetime
Service’, on a new organisational
footing. The company has created a
central service unit in Sinsheim,
Germany, which is responsible for
European spare parts and repair
management, maintenance,
installation services and training.
A newly created central
warehouse for standard spare parts
in Ketsch near Heidelberg is
operated by an efficient logistics
partner. More than 90% of operation-critical
spare parts for key products
will be held here, as well as conveyor
modules for material flow solutions
based on Interroll’s modular platform
solutions. The warehouse’s location
and transport links ensure rapid
delivery of parts to European
customers.
Depending on the respective
service contract, delivery of
corresponding orders is guaranteed
within 24 hours. This also applies to
the repair and general overhaul of
products such as drum motors,
special conveyor modules and key
Smart Pallet Mover (SPM) products
for which the central workshop in
Baal near Düsseldorf and its
decentralised repair facilities in the
various European countries are
responsible.
The new service organisation,
‘Global Lifetime Service’, will support
new and existing customers with a
variety of needs-based spare parts
services.

Wellbeing Live regional
events announced
SAFETY, HEALTH and Wellbeing
Live (SHW Live) is set to reconnect
regional occupational safety and
health communities throughout the
UK with the launch of two new
exhibitions, in 2022. The first event
will take place on 15-16 February
2022 at Manchester Central and the
second event will be hosted at
Farnborough International 28-29
September 2022. Both will be free-to-
attend for visitors.
They are being organised by
What Else Events, which is owned by
Tim Else who has organised market
leading events in the occupational
safety and health (OSH) sector for
over 20 years.
The events’ focus is to provide
OSH professionals with networking
opportunities and Continuing
Professional Development (CPD)
from its seminar content, while
enabling demonstration and
